Former Health Minister Nard Ndoka supports the analysis that COVID-19 may have been in Albania since January, and therefore claims it refers to experts. Ndoska points out that he himself experienced a very aggressive flu during January, for three days and said he has passed symptoms similar to those of COVID-19, but he overlooked the question of whether he thinks he has already passed the virus.
“have also been expressed publicly, but there has been a kind of censorship from the official part. It is a reality that Albania has been involved in a flu since January. It has been said that there may also have been losses in human life at the time. In one way not, by the end of January, I had a flulical condition, unlike other times, the most severe in symptoms. This was a concern of our friends, it was very aggressive as the flu, and it accompanied me for three days. The first thing we do is we've had a lot of terms, but years ago, we've had Coddy. COVID-106; 17; 18; and now COVID-19. But in this case science still has no clear method of distribution. Human resistance is passed in one form or another”, former minister said in the show studio “Albania Live”.
The former minister said he thought austerity measures in our country were very aggressive. He claims to have communicated with health experts, who, according to him, have said that this closure is unnecessary and that our country has adequate health capacities to cope with the situation. Among other things, he says he has attended Prime Minister Rama's official Facebook address, clarifying that he is obliged to do so.
According to Ndoika, decisions should be made by the Public Health Institute, not the prime minister's Facebook. This way of governing (so Facebook), Ndoka sees a legal violation, even police referring to the prime minister's social networks are violating the law, the former minister added. He says the measures should have been intelligent, but police measures have been taken in our country.
“Experts say this closure is unnecessary because they say COVID-19 is not aggressive in Albania. We have the necessary hospital capacity to handle it. Unfortunately I was forced to follow him on Facebook. At the institutional level, it commits violations of the law. Police also commit violations referring to the prime minister's Facebook. Dating was necessary, some service activities were appropriate. Instead of having intelligent health measures, we had police measures. I don't know why the names of these people who made the decision about our country are unknown. The Institute of Public Health is the only one that has such a community (a reference to a specialised board for decision making). He (Prime Minister) has also received models of states that had nothing to do with our reality. He's been overly abused. First, it was very important to make intelligent decisions. I haven't tried mental health, because I know this is an alarm. I know the prime minister fears for himself”, Ndoka said. /tch
