Ligue 1 was suspended in mid-March, and last month it was decided on its suspension, the cause of COVID-19.
It was the government that stopped football in France until September, forcing League 1 to finish the season.
Ligue 1 decided the end of the season with the current sign, with the SPG declared champion, while Lyons remained out of European races for the first time in the last 23 years.
The other two teams disgruntled with the verdict are also Toulouse and Amiens, who next season must play in categories below.
It was Lyons, Toulouse and Amiens who turned down League 1, and decided to send the case to court.
In France, however, the Administrative Court of Paris has rejected the complaint of the three teams.
