Who really is the leader who took the longest lead in a political party in Kosovo?

Recently, in efforts to attack the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Albin Kurti has also used the term “The outdated” that poses a blow to the party's leader, Isa Mustafa. But let's take a look at the facts to see who really is the oldest leader of a party [...]
Currently, there are four major Albanian parliamentary parties in Kosovo. Vetevendosje, LDK, PDK and AAK.
Vetevendosje is led by incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti, the LDK is led by Isa Mustafa, The PDK by Kadri Wessel, while AAK from Ramush Haradinaj.
Although he accused Mustafa of decades, Kurti is actually longer than Mustafa the formal and informal leader of this political party.
Since its establishment in 2005, Kurti has been the party's uncompetitive leader (which only in 2010 would become a parliamentary party), though in a period of three years he was nominated as chairman of this Visar Ymer party. But Ymer had only been formally in this position, since Kurt had actually been admitted later to serving as party leader.
That means Kurt is leader of his party for fifteen years.
Isa Mustafa was elected chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) in December 2010 by overthrowing Fatmir Sejdiu's leadership, writes Periscopi.
That means Mustafa is chairman of his party now nine and a half years.
The PDK, meanwhile, has chosen the new chairman only in May 2016. Hashim Thaci, who was elected president, had no right to exercise such a function, and Kadri Wessel, who had become an active part of politics in 2012.
That means that Kadri Wessel is chairman of PDK's four years now.
The AAK already has the largest party chairman. His name is Ramush Haradinaj, who had twice been elected prime minister of the country.
He is now president of the party for nineteen years, which for a long period (five years) had not been active in daily politics since he was being tried at The Hague Tribunal.
Haradinaj had been actively chairman of the party for fourteen years.
It turns out that Albin Kurti is actually the oldest leader of a political party in Kosovo.
However, historically the record in this regard is held by Hashim Thaci's Ibrahim Rugova.
Rugova had been chairman of the LDK from December 1989 until January 2006 or sixteen years.
Hashim Thaci, meanwhile, has been chairman PDK for a little over sixteen years, from the end of 1999 to early 2016. /Periscope
