Latif believes that Skenderbeu was born May 6th, even though there is no historical record of that. He also claims that Skenderbe was given the name George because of St George's Day.
The philosopher has woven elogues for the work of the Albanian national hero, saying that “was so invincible in battle and compared it to Alexander the Great”.
However, Latif links the work of medieval hero to modern times and seems to have a message for Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who is being accused of being anti-American.
He (Skenderbeu) made Albanians historic people, leaving them a legacy of confidence that their only path is that of Western civilization. It says Mr. Latifi.
