Ladrovci says the Constitutional articles are like rubber

Ramiz Ladrovci of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Ramiz Ladrovci, has reacted after declaring the decision by the Constitutional Court, giving President Hashim Thaci the right to forming the new government.
