Germany's Ambassador to Pristina, Christian Held, has reacted to former Kosovo Foreign Affairs Minister Behgjet Pacolli, who had asked why the visa liberalisation process for Belarus has been facilitated and not for Kosovo.
Heldt responded to Pacolli, saying it must be clarified because the visa liberalisation process for Belarus has only been eased.
Well, why shouldn't we for the sake of the people there do what we apply in Kosovo since independence in 2008? Visa relief is not visa liberalisation. Just to clarify what we're talking about”, he wrote Heldt in Titter.
