As warned by the Ministry of Health, the Students Centre in Pristina, from tonight it will not be used for quarantine.
The last group of 30 citizens has been released today after a week in quarantine at the Student Centre.
Prior to the decision to exit quarantine, all have been submitted to tests for COVID-19 and following the publication of negative results, with the accompanying KSF and the Kosovo police, they have been sent home for another 14 days in the property.
The research manager, Valdet Hashan, has given this information today.
The last group of citizens who have stayed a week, following IKSHPK recommendations, all have resulted negative and, with the quality of KSF and Kosovo police, have gone to their homes. From this moment on we can say that the official quarantine is declared closed”, Hashan said.
He has made it known that all quarantined survivors have signed a statement under oath that they will be self-aware for another 14 days.
“Sign the statement under oath that they will continue for another 14 days to stay at home, and that will be for all citizens who come to Kosovo until an upcoming recommendation from IKSPSK”, Hashan said
By March 18th, over 1500 citizens were quarantined at the Student Centre, where only 11 of them have resulted in positive coronavirus.
