basket restaurant: The couple's idea in Sweden, food rope from kitchen to table

An interesting idea is applying a couple in Sweden who have opened a safe restaurant against COVID-19. The service is offered in a meadow where tables and chairs are found.
There are no waitresses in the restaurant, and the food is prepared by cook Rasmussen Persson and brought to the table in a basket from the kitchen window through a rope system.
Persson and his partner, Linda Carlsson, who recently moved to Ransater, which is about 350 miles [350 km] west of Stockholm, thought such a solution when their parents visited them in March.
The couple prepared an outside table so that they would not have to go into closed surroundings, serving the evening out of the window.
It seems that this idea was successful because for the whole May, the nature restaurant has been booked and it seems that the whole summer will be filled with customers.
Linda says that even the rain will not stop, since they have taken precautions and for more, it is the customer himself who decides how much to pay for the ministry.
