The prime minister's request in office also calls for the Venice Commission to clarify the country's president's competencies on the distribution of Parliament.
KALLXO.com has confirmed this for the incumbent's executive spokesman, Kryeziu Progress.
Yesterday during the day, Kosovo's Constitutional Court suspended a decree by Kosovo President Hashim Thaci until May 29th, after he decreed the previous day Avdullah the LDK's Hotin for the country's prime minister.
Thus, the initial session to be held today in the Kosovo Assembly will not be held.
The Vetevendosje movement, as the winner of the 6 October elections, linked the coalition for co-governance with the second party, the LDK. But, after 51 days, Isa Mustaf's party by means of a no-confidence motion brought down Albin Kurti's executive.
Thus, Isa Mustafa linked lobalion to Ramush Haradinaj's AAK, Fatmir Limaj Initiative, the Serbian List and other minority parties.
