Actause against the Presidents who as online vendor sent pants instead of T-shirts

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, the General Department, has filed charges against defendants with the initials A.K., due to suspicion that he committed criminal work “Deception”.

According to the indictment, the defendant by the date 03.02.20 about 12:00, through the false presentation of the facts or by concealing the facts, and with the intent of illegally benefiting himself from property and to inflict material damage on the other person, deceives or continues the other person's ill doings at the expense of his property, Klan Kosova broadcasts.

The defendant A.K., being the owner of the online company, promotes products via social network “Instagram”, where the damaged page of 01.02.20 ordered 6 (six) pairs of pants, which the order accepts by the date 03.02,2020.

After accepting the items damaged by A.K., he notes that the order was not the same, but he had accepted some old T - shirts, which he reports to the defendant, but the same though he promises to return the message within 24h it did not do so and avoid showing him neither the name nor the address, and he does not answer them either on the social network nor in the phone number, which he promises would cause material damage at the value of 78 euros.

With these actions, the defendant A.K. has fulfilled elements of the criminal act “fraud” according to the KPRK.

The prosecutor of the case in the case of the indictment's establishment has proposed to the court that the accused be found guilty and be convicted according to law for criminal acts that he is charged with.
