Twins born, named after Corona and Covid

Welcome to the world, Corona and David, these are the names of newborn twins in the city of Raipur, India.

The boy and the girl were born in the middle of a three - week blockade in India. Their parents say that they gave their names as a reminder of the obstacles that have been overcome during the time of the global coronary test.

In an interview for local media, the mother said it was a birth of “hardie”. “We faced many challenges, and my husband and I wanted to make the day unforgettable,” she said, adding that she went to be born on March 26th, reports the BBC, broadcasts Kosovo.

“Virus is dangerous, but its explosion has caused people to focus on hygiene and instill other good habits. So we thought about those names,” she explained.

The hospital staff began calling twins like Corona and Covid right after they were born, which helped parents make their decision.
