The images published by Turkish aviation authorities show the construction of a hospital for treating coronary at Istanbul's airport, local media report.
The hospital will reportedly be located on two of the three airport tracks, while one will be used for cargo flights.
Airport General Director Huseyin Keskin said ordinary passenger and freight operations will continue without any problems with the open track.
The hospital is expected to be completed within a month.
