Today, it is the World Authority Day that was established by the General Assembly of the United Nations in 2007 as an attempt to end discrimination against people with autism.
The mark of this day is set on April 2, 2007, and is included in the United Nations Sustainable Development Agency, which promises no one to be neglected.
The World Autism Day aims to raise awareness about the spectre disorders of autism and the improvement of the lives of those living with autism.
Autism is a development disorder characterized by harming social interaction and communication, as well as by limited and repeat behavior.
In a few cases autism is a sign of a genetic problem, such as the Brit X, yet in many cases the causes are not known.
Currently, au toism is thought to be caused by a combination of genes and environmental factors. It is estimated that 1 percent of the global population is autic.
Every year this day has been marked in Kosovo, but because of the situation created with COVID-19, all activities have already been cancelled.
