The country's president, Hashim Thaci, has today marked the Day of the Undiscovered, the day of pain, suffering and grief for citizens and the state of Kosovo.
Thaci has stressed that Serbia has committed genocide in Kosovo.
“has killed over 10,000 Albanian civilians, where more than 1300 were children, and still are not known for the fate of the found. Serbian military and police have committed more than 400 massacres on the Albanian civilian population, violated more than 20 thousand Albanian women and violently expelled them from their homes about 1 million Albanians”.
This genocide of the state of Serbia has yet to be punished by neither local nor international justice. This international silence is some kind of amnesty to Serbia's genocide, but under no circumstances, at any time, there will be no amnesty for crimes and genocide that the state of Serbia has committed in Kosovo”.
There is no peace without justice and we will continue to seek justice jointly with internationals, so this genocide and these crimes are punished by local and international justice authorities”.
