Sweden registers the highest death toll from Coronavirus in one day

Sweden reported 170 new deaths from the Coronavirus, a record number today, in a widely expected increase after Easter weekend.

The 170 new deaths by exceeding yesterday's 114th record bring the death toll from 1,033 to 1,203 in a country that still refuses to get into the impasse.

Otherwise, a smaller number of deaths were registered on Saturday and Sunday, which means that numbers were likely to increase.
