Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez aims to ease the measures on April 27th.
The government's decision comes after a series of additional reliefs for non-escial labour workers over the past few days, which prompted numerous negative reactions from the leaders of this country's provinces.
Adults are allowed only to buy food and medicine, as are Kosovo.
In Spain, 20,000 people have died, and another 200,000 have been infected with the deadly virus.
