PDK MP Besa Ismajli has reacted after withdrawing the resolution on the 320m-euro emergency package proposed by this party, as it did not find support in the Assembly.

It through a Facebook status has told about the intentions of this resolution and bills, which did not find support in today's extraordinary session.

“Massat did not awaken the interest of Parliament Speaker Vjosa Osmani, because her interest in protecting the prime minister in resigning Albin Kurti was the most important, including confrontations and spending with its partners.
No country in the world does the ministry exercise such open control over the representatives of the people. The country's protection from the highest state body is being ignored by the government, which violates the Constitution”, writes ismajli.

She has said there are three proposals in terms of temporary economic and fiscal measures to ease the effects of the epidemic, such as the north of Kosovo, women, private mothers, those in business, unemployed and religious communities.

Full Posting:

Our goal was clear:
- Temporary economic and fiscal measures.
- Private sector simulation.
- Public sector simulation through public enterprises at all levels.
-Suppose the funding for three ministries, the Defense, Internal Affairs and Health, as very important dictatorships in the struggle against pandemic.
But...
The measures did not awaken the interest of Parliament Speaker Vjosa Osmani, because her interest in protecting the prime minister in resigning Albin Kurti was more important, including clashes and accounts with its fellow parties.
While unification is emerging to be only political language, to misuse it later as a political tool.

The outgoing government's political means are applying them to autism. No country in the world does the ministry exercise such open control over the representatives of the people. The country's protection from the highest state body is being ignored by the government, which violates the constitution.

To the provisional measures proposed by the subject of legalisation by the executive whoever is here today or tomorrow, I had three proposals, the one for the North, the women, and the religious communities.

My contribution through the proposals that were unable is this, as follows:

Dear fellow deputies,
Honored citizens of Kosovo,

In an emergency and very difficult situation in your life process in the fight against the Corona virus, I am in full support and co-operation with your situation!

In principle, health experts' recommendations regarding preventing infection should be experienced, but we must be alert to these recommendations when they become rules and restrictions that fill the autocratic appetites of government officials.

As for the temporary economic and fiscal measures to ease the effects of the COVID-19 virus epidemic proposed by the Democratic Party of Kosovo, I have three proposals that would further enrich this much needed policy in the situation we are going through: Kosovo's north, women, self-friendly mothers, business and unemployed, as well as religious communities.

Kosovo's north has found itself in an unfavourable situation of political reality in the face of combating the Cavido-19 virus. A total neglect, with several peripheral visits from government officials and, most importantly, an escape case for full integration and the breaking of any interethnic barrier and ensuring clear state efficiency. An imbalance in the work of «institutions Kosovo, created on angry politics, residents of the North except uncertainty, has given them no support, especially in financial terms. Thousands of families are in serious condition not only because of the pandemic crisis but because of social causes that have to do with habitat. The rented residence of over two decades produces a very difficult situation, and it is the right time for institutions to come to their aid as reliable and not exclusive management.

I propose a scheme of tools, as a complement of the amendments under the Act for Temporary Measures, for Kosovo's northern residents, regardless of ethnicity, which, along with the situation of the two Mitrovica administrative units, have double economic difficulties, including the social one in which they find themselves. With this we approach parallel management divisions and strengthen the hands of institutions for all «citizens, indiscriminately. The two municipalities would have more easily deregulation on the part of the Government of Kosovo and amnesty of its actions co-ordinated with local authorities, as well as citizens' rowing at the risk of covid-19 in delaying preventative measures.

The second issue has to do with women and their position in society, especially in these weeks of confronting the Coronavirus. A very low percentage of employed women, even the lowest percentage of women in business, including caring mothers, whose adverse economic situation has created restrictive opportunities in their lives. The most remarkable problems are related to housing and, of course, employment, including other elements, such as child schooling. My proposal envisions an additional division in co-ordination with the Centres for Social Work throughout Kosovo municipalities, where central and local institutions would jointly come to their aid «categories in question. This could then follow separate channels, as means for overcoming the emergency situation or as support grants for agriculture, craftsman and relevant grants, as recovery.

The third point concerns religious communities in the Republic of Kosovo. Active staff and clergy of religious communities in Kosovo, indisposed to generate money, are in a distasteful economic situation. My proposal is that the law for provisional measures should also focus religious communities.
