MP Eem Arifi has lost his mandate because he is sentenced to 1 year in prison with an all-powerful decision.
Acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti's adviser, Erzen Vranjeqi, has made the news public, saying the Parliament already has 119 deputies.
Arifi's vote, coming from the Ashkali Party for Integration, had been calculated by the LDK, which is aiming to strengthen the new government by making it harder to secure votes.
Arifi has been convicted of criminal action “Substitute Substance”.
