As the first cases of Covid 19 in Kosovo began, and when the WTO declared global pandemic, the entire management and staff of KEDS were mobilised to provide the mascimation for electricity supply to be stable in Kosovo and not to be lacking.

This period has not been easy, but with the great dedication of staff it has been constantly worked to keep the energy system balanced.

Work in KED, more than ever, is of high importance. It is essential for the better to operate hospitals, pipelines, factories that now produce necessary medical and protective equipment, for media that keep us informed, and also for the power supply of electronic devices that enable us to communicate daily by working from home or for communication with our loved ones.

Special thanks to our workers on the ground, to those working in consumer sports, to the call center that directs customer demand, Internet Control Centers that manage the entire network from a distance, to workers who continue their office work, and to those who work from their homes. The resolution of each of them's work has kept the supply constant and there will be light in our environments not only until now but also in the weeks and months to come.
