Jagon Haliti for Gashi's statement: Kosovo prosecutor must take quick investigative action

He has said that by slander he is trying to tarnish the purity of the KLA's liberation war.

“They openly provoke and hurt the feelings of the founders, leaders, members and its supporters, the liberation and independence of Kosovo”, Haliti wrote in his account at “Facebook”

No creditable international report has drawn conclusions that the KLA has committed war crimes. On the basis of suspicion, the Special Court has been established. It is the only creditable institution of justice, which can file charges, supporting them in fact, away from any partiality. In this direction, following the public charges of Szezen Gashi, the Kosovo prosecution, as well as that of the Special Court, must take quick investigative action.

Until the report of powerful judgment by the Special, Gashi's accusations remain only slander. Through them they try to tarnish the purity of the KLA's liberation war. They openly provoke and hurt the feelings of Kosovo founders, leaders, members and supporters.

In Kosovo's state institutions, which stand above the subliment sacrifices and the KLA war, such individuals are completely in the wrong place.
