The influence of Vjosa Osmani zero, LDK's KP approves the coalition with AAK) , AKRNA Initiative (Dok)

108 members have given positive answers to Isa Mustafa in the question of whether they agree that the LDK will receive the mandate for forming the government in coalition with the AAK, the Social Democrat Initiative and communities, while six have voiced opposition and ten have not responded at all.

The LDK leader has ascertained the will of the General Council for taking over the mandate on the basis of following constitutional procedures for forming the government.

Isa Mustafa has thanked the council members, showing how many 124 current members, his letter has been responded to 114.

Honored members of the General Council,

Thank you for expressing your position in the letter that I conveyed to you. April 12th and its completion on April 13, 2020.

I have the honor of announcing that by the end of the term of your stay's expression, today, April 14, 2020, at 4: 00 p.m., on the bidding question: Do you agree that the LDK will take over the mandate to form the government, if this mandate is offered by following constitutional procedures and making efforts to form government in coalition with the AAK, the SOCIALDEMOKATE Initiative- The AKR and communities, out of 124 current members of the LDK General Council, have responded to 114 members of the KP, 108 have said yes to (yes), 6 have voiced opposition (no) and 10 have not responded.

On the basis of that, as LDK chairman, I find there is the will of the Democratic League of Kosovo General's Council for obtaining the mandate on the basis of following constitutional procedures, for forming the Government into a possible coalition with the AAK, the SOCIALDEMOKE Initiative- The AKR and parties representing non-US communities in the Republic of Kosovo Assembly.
