What's the “state capture?” Kosovo analyst gives brilliant response

Three days ago, renowned analyst Agon Maliqi made a post on the occasion of appointing four Vetevendosje members on four board of public enterprises -- an event that Vetevendosje had criticised when it was done by other parties. But as long as it presupposes the next capture of the boards...
But, as long as it comes under the scrutiny of Mr. Vetevendosje's next board capture this time. Maliqi has spoken of the public's <x0).
It cites among the factors of this culture as well as the “economy with limited resources”, the lacked democratic culture, the social injustices of the past, while you find it widespread in our daily, in the usurpation of land and sidewalks, in nongovernmental organizations and, of course, in institutions.
In contrast, Vetevendosje has recently been charged by political opponents even with employment and other government appointments. /Periscope
Full status:
Grasping what is public in our context goes far deeper than the black and white film that is built by the up-to-date opposition people, where everything was billed by a political arm. The seizure is the result:
1) Economy with limited resources and the determining role of the state in their distribution.
2) Lack of democratic culture that stimulates pre-cautious behaviour and;
3) The chain of unresolved social injustices of the past, each reasoning its capture as correction to discrimination and preliminary capture. Shh. The seizures of these war were often reasoned as correction of discrimination in the Yugoslavia period or later even of the LDK.
The culture of seizures by sidewalk and land usurpers continues with sophisticated civil society captors, and of course ends up at political levels with the grasp of institutions. Some have captured more because they have had more power (the ability to capture).
The capture was not brought in by anyone, it was here between us and it will remain between us as long as we don't see it and treat it properly, not as something that exists only in politics.
