The Albanian Football Federation has announced today via its official page that the “Air Albany” stadium is nominated to receive the “Bag award SEE Archicture Award 2020”, which will be given at the Architectural Festival in October of this year.
“Air Albania Stadium, the biggest investment in Albanian sports history, continues to produce news even after its inauguration on November 17th, 2019, in the match against France, the world champion. This Albanian Football Federation investment has been selected to receive Big Prize SEE Archicture Award 2020 and was also nominated as the best project (Grand Prix) in the public category.
The Big Winners SEE Archaeology Award will be assessed at the great architecture festival, which will take place on October 16, 2020, in Slovenia's Disaine City in Ljubljana. All projects will be presented to participants from Albania, Italy, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Greece, Croatia, Italy, Hungary, Kosovo, Northern Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia and Turkey.
Big Purpose SEE Archaeology is to strengthen the success and authenticity of Southeast Europe through research, assessment and promotion of the architectural wonder that is in these countries.”, it is written in the FSHF report.
