Chinese Global Times has posted on Twitter that a man from Provenza Yunnah died while returning to his Shandong province by bus on Monday. 32 other people on that bus have also been tested for the virus, writes First Post, translates Periscope.
But what is the hantavirus?
According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), hantavirus are a family of viruses that are spread mainly by rodents and can cause a large number of diseases in humans.
It can cause pulmonary intravirus syndrome (HPS) and bleeding fever with kidney syndrome (HFRS).
However, this disease cannot survive in the air and can be spread only if people have contact with hunger, fray and rodent spit.
The early symptoms of HPS are fatigue, fever, muscle shocks, along with headaches, dizziness and abdominal problems. If not treated, it can lead to coughing and respiratory problems that can be hot, with mortality rates of up to 38 percent, according to the CDC. /Periscope
