Temporary court activities involving the public are limited

After reviewing measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Council decided to temporarily limit judicial activities involving the public, in all Kosovo courts, according to the assessment of the tribunal's president and judge of the case.

“on court objects seems to avoid public presence. A parent who should care for his child may be released from work according to the request set out for the overseer. This restriction will last until March 27, 2020, unless it is set otherwise”, the communique says.
