Voters who are registered to vote through mail, in the ballot for Mayor Comune where the candidates' names are listed, must mark Just one. Candidate.

Returning ballot package:
- Complete ballot, in an unmarked envelope, and close. This will preserve the secrecy of your vote.
- The unmarked Zarfin and the copy of a valid identification document are placed in the return envelope, in which you recorded the Central Election Commission's post office address.

Report Through Mail, you must send it just for yourself or the immediate family circle.
If you send papers to other people, the papers will be refused!
The ballot should be accepted by the CEC until March 13th 2020.
