Through a post in his Facebook account, Selmanaj has said that both Prime Minister Albin Kurti and President Hashim Thaci should understand that the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo is the only institution that can decide on limiting fundamental freedoms and human rights.
“The Constitutional Court confirms: Kurti government has violated the Juride and Constitutional Order in Kosovo. A government that violates the Constitution must leave as soon as possible, even limited tasks!” wrote Selmanaj.
