QKUK: Cancer patients won't be treated for two weeks because of coronary

Oncology clinic for the next two weeks will not treat cancer patients. That's because of the Coronervirus danger. According to the director of this clinic, Ilir Kurtishi, this is for the benefit of patients, for he said that cancer therapy harms the patient's immune system and their eventual coronary touch would be very dangerous.

He has stressed that the clinic will only accept emergencies. In addition to stopping treatment, there has been a shortage of certain kinds of cytostatics in the clinic in recent days. Kurtishi has said that they are working on the full supply, the moment they start treatment again, says KOHA.

The Kosovo University Clinical Hospital Service Management has decided for the next two weeks, due to the choreography to stop working on Oncology”, Kurtishi has indicated.
