But what is the emergency situation:
The emergency situation stems from a government statement that takes place in response to an emergency or emergency situation that poses a crucial threat to the country.
The Kosovo government is based on law enforcement No. 04/L-125 for Health showing what should be done when the emergency situation is announced.
According to this law, immediate health change is meant.
“Emergency-immediate health change, which in case of lack of fast health service delivery, endangers life or seriously damages citizen health or resident” is said at Article 3 graphy 1.34.
While the ministry's responsibilities during the emergency situation are these:
Article 89. Ministry responsibilities
1. Implementation of health care during the state of emergency is provided by the Ministry in accordance with this law and other legislation in force.
2. Health care activities in emergency cases from paragraph 1. This article includes:2.1. (This is) the law of law.
2.2. Adapting to the health care system through the emergency plan;
2.3. Implementation of changes in the reference and leadership system;
2.4. providing emergency health care services for citizens;
2.5. Act of temporary health institutions;
2.6. Activating supplementary and reserve capacity.
3. During emergency situations the rights of law-designed citizens will be guaranteed to the extent that it does not jeopardise the efficiency of the measures undertaken to exceed them.
4. The citizens' dignity will be respected as a whole and consistently, despite the restrictions specified by paragraph 3. of this mother.
Government is also based on Law No. 02/ L-109, which has to do with preventing infectious diseases from coming to this decision.
More precisely, Article 41 with three main points, explains in detail what happens after making that decision by the government.

In an emergency state, the state is allowed to use any possible means in combating the virus according to provisions and
Article 41's second point says that to prevent the introduction and spread of cholera, plague, wine variations, viral bleeding fevers, yellow fevers, SARS, bird flu and other infectious diseases across the country, the Ministry of Health, with sublegal acts defines extraordinary measures for protection from these diseases as follows:
a) The ban on travel to the place where the epidemic of any of these has spread
Disease;
b) Banning circulation in infected or directly endangered regions;
c) Limitation or baning of particular types of goods and products;
d) Forced participation of health institutions, other institutions and e
Citizens in combating disease and exploiting objects, equipment and
transport means with the aim of combating infectious diseases;
Here is the accuracy of a) limit to travel to countries where the epidemic has spread. In three cities alone, quarantine has been quarantined, while it is expected to be placed in Llap. Other piaks are also expected to prevent circulation at those points and will engage in combating the disease.
