Prosecutor interviewed Bahtir for inciting division and inadequacy

South Mitrovica Mayor Agim Bahtiri has been interviewed due to suspicion of inciting division and patience. Bahtiri warned “conflicted brother-in-law” if a new parliamentary majority in the Kosovo Assembly is formed without the Vetevendosje Movement.

The new government will be made when elections are made and today we show them to each country. The new government has no October 6th until elections, don't go into a brother-in-law conflict because we don't intend to let anyone steal power from us, Bahtiri said on Monday morning.

Mitrovica's Constitutional Prosecutor announces to the public that at the order of Mitrovica Founding Prosecutor's Proposal Prosecution, the South Mitrovica Mayor A.B. has been interviewed today by the Article 141 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code.

Mitrovica's Constitutional Prosecutor has begun investigations into A.B., after allegedly the same in a direct link to one of Kosovo's televisions has declared that “the president announces elections, otherwise there may be brother-in-law“, with what he allegedly committed in criminal work “The scale of division and patience”, from Article 141 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code.

At the order of the Attorney for Foundation Prosecution in Mitrovica, A.B., is released in regular procedure.
