After accepting the decree, Kosovo's Assembly within 48 hours must hold the session to decide.
Last night, head of state Hashim Thaci, at a media conference after the Security Council meeting, said he would propose the Parliament to approve the decree to declare a state of emergency due to the COVID-19 virus. However, that requirement has been rejected by the Kosovo government.
Until now, 19 cases of coronarys have been recorded in Kosovo.
