Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has been declared regarding the Government's decision to limit movement across Kosovo's entire territory.
Kurti has said that increasing the number of coronary affects can increase even more and that it is necessary that all follow government decisions and professional guidelines.
The country's president, Hashim Thaci, has accused Albin Kurtin of violating the Constitution by setting the timetable when citizens were banned from moving abroad.
Kurt Posting:
Last night, at the Government's meeting, we made several important decisions: the partial ban on the circulation of citizens and vehicles at certain times; the suspension of AKP's actions with real estate under administration; the annulment of the government's previous decision to declare the economic zone in Malisheva and expropriations there; the adoption of two concepts of documents, one for judicial reform in commercial justice and another for central criminal evidence; and the adoption of the annual financial report.
We initially voted the Health Ministry's request for new measures to prevent the spread of the Corona virus, this requirement coming directly from the recommendations made by the IKSC. This decision was on the ban on the circulation of citizens and vehicles from 10:00 to 4: 00 p.m. and from 8:00 to 6:00. So between 6:00 and 10:00 and 1600 can be moved and circulated. Movements on the street can be made by being only two people and keeping two meters apart. The growth of the infected has increased to 26 people last night. It can grow even further, so it is imperative that we all follow government decisions and professional guidelines.
All decisions of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency (AKP) regarding the real estate it has under management were suspended for an indefinite term. This decision has been made because the 2020-23 Government Programme envisions policies that change the current status of the AKP.
An illegal establishment of the Economic Zone in Malisheva was also canceled. So, too, the decisions on expropriation of real estate that affected this area are reversed. Without law, without feasibility research, without public hearing, without municipal development plans, with the expropriation of private property, and contrary to the national concept of developing economic zones parasing Mitrovica and Gjakova, but not even Malisheva, this was an area of uneconomic violations. Malishevo does not deserve such contempt.
The document's concept of commercial justice reform paves the way for the establishment of the Commercial Court, which is so much needed for the management of the economy and the increased investment in us.
Dear citizens, apply governmental measures to conquer the virus. Stay clean, stay away and stay home.
