I wrote a letter to the President of the United States today, Mr. Excelsity. Donald J. Trump and Secretary of State, his Excellence Mr. Mike Pompeo, in their dedication to the new government in Kosovo”, Kurti has said.
Kurti's letter to Trump and Pompeii also tells of his plan to lift the 100% fee for Serbian and Bosnia and Herzegovina products on 15 March, writes Insander newspaper.
“We recognise that for the last two years, there has been misco-ordination between Kosovo's representatives regarding Kosovo's role, interests and goals in dialogue with Serbia, as well as a lack of clarity as to who talks about Kosovo on the international stage and at the chat table”.
This will end under my government. My government and I as its prime minister have the mandate, political will, as well as constitutional duty to assume full and exclusive responsibility for the leadership of this process and representation of Kosovo at the highest diplomatic level”, he added.
