Kosovo's Coronavirus infected numbers increase, with four new cases

Today with 21.03.2020 at the IKSHPK Medieval Microbiology laboratory with RT- The PCR, 30 suspicious samples of the SARS-CoV-2 virus have been tested, and four of them are positive.
Of the four confirmed cases, one is an imported case from Germany, the male, 32-year-old resident of Bibaij-Ferizaj. While the other three positive cases are contact cases, 2 of them are in residence in Pristina -- women aged 50 and 29 -- and the third with residence in Gjakova and female gender -- 40 years old -- all contacts are identified.
From the date 08.02,2020 to 21,03,2020, at the Medieval Microbiology Laboratory in IKSHPK with the RT- The PCR, a total of 447 suspicious samples in the SARS-CoV-2 virus have been tested, and of them, a total of twenty-eight cases have resulted in positive.
A total of 3,319 calls have been accepted at the call center so far, while 350 phone calls have been accepted in the last 24 hours.
From the date 01.02,2020 to 21.03,20 at the International Airport “Adem Jashari”, as well as at the border crossings, a total of 15,75 travellers have been dedicated. At the “Adem Jashari” 1,015 travellers, Merdare 5,110, Vermica 4.207, Jarinje 1.102, White Dheu 985, Hani of Elez 1.699, Tower 960, Qafe Morine 47, Brnjak 462, Qafe Prush 35, Muchibaba 152 and Grlobica 1 traveler.
Globally, between December 31, 2019 and March 21, 2020, according to Worldometers, a total of 276,996 cases of COVID-19 have been reported with 11,419 cases of death. The largest number of cases are reported by China (81.008), Italy (47,021), Iran (18.407), Spain (21.574), Germany (19.848), U.S.A. (19.774), Iran (19.644), France (12.612), Switzerland (5.615), United Kingdom (3.983), Netherlands (2.994), Austria (2.664), Belgium (2.257), Turkey (670), Greece (495), Slovenia (341), Serbia (149), Croatia (130), northern Macedonia (76).
By March 21, 2020, from EU countries/ AEE and United Kingdom are reported 6,166 cases of death: Italy (4.032), Spain (1.093), France (450), United Kingdom (177), Germany (68), Belgium (37), Greece (10), Turkey (9), Denmark (9), Poland (5), Austria (5), Luxembourg (5)), Bulgaria (3), Albania (2), Serbia (1), Croatia (1) and Slovenia (1).
In the IKSHPK in a continuous 24-hour period is being contacted and monitored by all case contacts, as well as contact contacts being forced to self-insult and seek medical assistance if they have symptoms.
