Kosovo Assembly Speaker Vjosa Osmani has announced that it must be waited for an hour or two to be voted for a second reading of the 2020 budget bill.
She said they are awaiting recommendation from the Commission for Buzhet.
The session for Kosovo's budget vote has been called off at 1500 today due to the coronary situation in the country.
Vetevendosje deputies initiated a motion for avoidance of procedural deadlines and go with accelerated voting procedure, something that was rejected by opposition parties.
The motion was voted out without the opposition presence in the hall, which then sparked debate among MPs where the opposition criticised power for exploiting the state of emergency to pass the budget without allowing MPs to express their positions.
Kosovo's 2020 budget is 2 billion and 3 57m euros.
