Hoti: Today Kurt has not fired Veliun, but himself

Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has reacted after the dismissal of Interior Minister Agim Veliu on the part of Prime Minister Albin Kurti.

Hoti says that with such an act Kurti has dismissed himself, not Veliun.

Our attention has been to manage the situation, not to political games. Kurt's decision shows a total lack of institutional responsibility and sensitivity to the situation we are going through as a society, but also lack of ethics in collaboration with partners”, Hoti wrote on Facebook.

He says the LDK functions differently, both in the party and in institutions.

Its “Offices freely show their non-conception with the leader, but they are at the same time responsible for their duties. Clearly, Kurt doesn't work like this. Bad for him. Today Kurt didn't fire Mr. Veliu, but himself, thus fleeing state responsibilities towards citizens at a difficult time for all”, wrote Hoti.
