It seems Kosovo will not be part of American aid this time, this line as the US has imposed sanctions on Kosovo because the Kurti Government was not entirely removing the tax on Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The American Ambassador to Albania, Yuri Kim, has announced that the US has pledged to provide $100m to help Albania and other countries affected by COVID-19, but that Kosovo is not mentioned.
“The U.S. has promised to provide up to $100m to help friends like #Abana & others to fight # COVID19. This is based on a broader aid that has helped build capacities and strengthen infrastructure. We will overcome this together as always. We're still with Albania! She says on a Twitter post.
