Health Ministry Gives Recent Data on Status in Albania

They have completed testing this afternoon for a total of 84 suspects, of whom 3 have resulted positive in Tirana and are close contacts of the first confirmed patient with COVID-19. 50 doctors and nurses at Durres Hospital resulted in negative tests for COVID-19.

The condition of the affected is presented as follows:

Four people are located at the Infective Hospital in stable health, while 10 of the people identified as COVIID-19 positive are in clinical self-ission without clinical signs of resp irat infection. 104 persons, contact of persons identified with COVIDD-19, are in self-designation.

New measures proposed by Albania's Technical Committee of Experts:

Shutting down until a second notice, of all bars, restaurants and clubs, in Tirana and Durres initially.

The appointment of a fine of 5 thousand euros, for all of those citizens who come from the affected areas and fail to comply with the order of mandatory self-catement, or those citizens who do not implement self-curantation after confirming the diagnosis.

Setting up a fine of 20 million old dollars for all bars, restaurants, bars or clubs that do not implement this decision and reopen in its violations.

Establishing a safe distance between employees of 1.5m, in all businesses that cannot be closed because of the economic chain.
