The goals of this project were expressed in a draft of the 2020 Legal Programme. The programme has not yet passed to Government, but based on a draft provided by the paper, the Finance Ministry has preceded drafting or changing 17 laws. Among them are some related to taxes, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
Changes in the Law onlar Value Tax are meant to be finalised by June, when it is also scheduled to be forwarded to the Government for approval and then to the Assembly. Within the same month, the draft law on personal income tax is scheduled to be processed.
