Although it is envisioned in the 2020-23 governing programme, it has not indicated whether it has made any accounts, not even close, of how much this would cost the country's budget, KOHA writes today.
In their view, this part of the program must first be drawn up and then accounts made and begin to apply. They have complained that a large portion of this year's budget goes towards projects last year and have said the Government has very few means available to realise its priorities.
In the Kosovo Government programme, 2020-23, which has been harmonised between the Vetevendosje Movement and the Democratic League of Kosovo weeks after the government's formation, the Government will reportedly apply the implementation of children's additions and tax returns.
