Albin Kurti has compiled this decision in the form that the motion of no confidence in the government is hindered and, as such, cannot be voted by the Parliament, writes Periscope.
The first point of this decision confirms that Kurti with tough moves is also blocking the work of the Kosovo Assembly.
The first point of this decision is said to be to stop driving from 10:00 a.m. to 4: 00 p.m. and from 8:00 p.m. to 0 a.m., but during this period, it is allowed for special needs, but also for activities involving the management of the coronary situation, thus blocking the way to hold the House.
Kurti has also banned all private and public gatherings, both open and closed.
This point (IV) clearly shows that after March 24th, the only activities that institutions can make must be only with the body of coronary pandemic and no other activity, excluding the work of the Parliament in which the demand for the no-confidence motion hearing has been submitted and which under the Constitution is bound to be held.
Otherwise this session comes after the LDK initiated the collapse of the Kurti government because it fired Interior Minister Agim Veliun.
