A heartbreaking woman has appeared in her 30s, describing her symptoms while she was hospitalised with Avid-19.
The video was posted on Facebook by Nicole Keatley, whose sister Tara Jane Langston allegedly tested positive for the virus.
Keatley shared the video to raise consciousness, saying:
Just because the news is bringing up the elderly and people with health issues as a high risk that does not mean when you catch it, your body will be able to fight it easily.
Tara had major problems breathing and with the help of the hospital and NHS that she is talking about and can share her experience.
Then it has spread widely, with much using it to emphasize that people must take the risk of infection seriously.
In the video Tara, who is struggling to speak, explains that she is in the intensive care unit and cannot breathe without help, she has a can in each hand. She says it's “10 times better” than it felt before.
No one of you has a chance. I mean, because if it gets really bad, then you'll end up here”, she said.
While it is true that the risk of complications is much lower for those under 70 years of age without basic conditions, this does not mean that the rest of us should be vulnerable to its potential impact.
