On March 25th, the LDK motion on vote of confidence in the Kurti Government passes. Since that day, most have referred to it as the Government in office, but the Constitution says quite something else.
Article 100 of the Kosovo Constitution explains the motion procedures, even the part where a motion is successful, as it was against Kurti Government.
If the no-confidence motion is voted for the Government as a whole, the Government is considered in the resignation”, said at Article 6 of the 100th Kosovo Constitution.
In a post that Albin Kurti had made, prime minister in his resignation at all times had referred to him as the incumbent “government”.
