Article 100 of the Kosovo Constitution explains the motion procedures, even the part where a motion is successful, as it was against Kurti Government.
If the no-confidence motion is voted for the Government as a whole, the Government is considered in the resignation”, said at Article 6 of the 100th Kosovo Constitution.
In a post that Albin Kurti had made, prime minister in his resignation at all times had referred to him as the incumbent “government”.
