He has written on his Facebook page that the dismissal of Kosovo's most successful ambassador, in the most democratic country and the vital ally, the United States of America, is a dangerous sign for domestic democracy, international image and is a direct attack on special partnership with America.
Avni Bytyci's full statement:
The lack of vision for the country's future and the prime minister's reluctance to make decisions, as seen yesterday in the Kosovo Assembly, are being plagued with political retaliation and non-institute logic.
The dismissal of Kosovo's most successful ambassador to the most democratic country and our vital ally, the United States of America, is a dangerous sign for our domestic democracy, our international image and is a direct attack on our special partnership with America.
This government is endangering our national interests and our entire country.
