Citizens have sent pictures of how these businesses are working even today without interference. One of the coffee cells is found in Prizren, the other in the capital.

By contrast, last night the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, led by Prime Minister Albin Kurti, has held the extraordinary meeting, in which it has decided to take additional measures after confirming positive cases with Corona Virus COVID-19.

Among the decisions made at this meeting are the closure of cafes and restaurants.
