During today's morning, a 61-year-old patient laid down at the Infective Hospital confirmed with COVID-19, who was in intensive therapy.
The 61-year-old from Tirana has been placed in direct (respiration) breathing for several hours, but despite the doctors' efforts, it has not been able to survive.
The 61-year-old had associate diseases. The 61-year-old is the fifth victim affected by COVID-19 in Albania.
The Health Ministry expresses condolences to the deceased's family and appeals and once again citizens respect social distance regulations and call 127 if they have signs of illness.
