Analyst Blerim Vela, says the Assembly session for the review of the government's no-confidence motion could be held outside the Kosovo Parliament headquarters.
He said the session cannot be held at her headquarters because it is directly contrary to the current recommendation of the National Public Health Institute.
“Anyway, Article 4 of the Kosovo Parliament's Job Policy allows the holding of the Assembly meetings, including the plenary session, outside the Parliament headquarters“, Vela said.

Can the Parliament hearing be held for review of the no-confidence motion on government?
The Kosovo Assembly session regarding the review of the no-confidence motion to the government cannot be held in its headquarters because it is directly opposed to the current recommendation of the National Public Health Institute (on March 21, 2020) I The KSHP recommended “that rigorously keep social distance by 2 meters from each other”. This recommendation applies to the Assembly and MPs. The plenary session in the Parliament's headquarters does not meet the conditions to comply with the IKSHP recommendation.
However, Article 4 of the Kosovo Parliament's Work Rule allows the meeting of the Parliament, including the plenary session, outside the Parliament headquarters. The question now is whether the Parliamentary Headship and the Assembly Administration can find a space, closed or open, that meets the conditions for the participation of deputies, members of the government, employees of the Parliament administration and the media. However, the risk to the health of MPs and all other participants cannot be avoided by 100%, simply because there is no capacity to provide adequate working conditions according to IKSHP recommendations.
This unprecedented situation for Kosovo can easily be overcome if the motion deputys withdraw with the announcement that the same will proceed once the crisis is over. #David19.
