Albin Kurti: I'm anti-American, but there's a secret agreement.

Kurti has said if the tax is lifted there will be no resumption of dialogue and that, according to him, there is an agreement between the president of Kosovo and Serbia.

“It's about lifting the fee and closing the dialogue with ready agreements, between the two presidents I'm convinced there's an agreement”, Kurti said in the Assembly.
