Montenegro's authorities have not allowed it to enter within their state territory, Serbian Defence Minister Alexander Volin, along with a military delegation, since the latter wore Serbian Army uniforms.
As Sputnik '%s' writes, this has happened on Rovc-Colasin Street, where the Serbian minister would place flower wreaths at the monument of former Serbian Defence Minister Pavle Bulatovic, who was killed in 2000.
Voulin had also planned to take part in a liturgy at the Kostrikovaqa Manastrin.
As the Serbian media wrote, Montenegrin authorities had initially issued permission that the Ministry of Defense delegation, which could enter Montenegro even in uniforms, yet on Monday night they had called Serbian Ambassador to Podgorica Vladimir Bozovic for an emergency meeting, telling him the uniform permit was no longer valid.
This stop comes after a series of clashes that have strained official Podgorica's reports with Belgrade.
