But under this conference, a special panel of discussion is also dedicated to the Western Balkans.
This is the first time Kosovo's new prime minister, Albin Kurti, and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, sat down together on a panel.
But in the panel that has already begun, there will be Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, the president of Northern Macedonia, Pendarovski, Montenegro's Milo Djukanovic, chief of European diplomacy Josep Borrell.
